Eligibility for Returns
Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging with all tags attached.
Returns are not accepted for customized or altered products unless they are defective or damaged.
Non-Returnable Items
Innerwear, swimwear, accessories (unless damaged or wrong item shipped).
Clearance or sale items marked “Final Sale”.
Return Process

Once approved, you will receive return instructions and shipping details.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refund Policy
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
We allow exchanges for size or color, subject to availability.
The same return process applies; upon receipt, we will ship the replacement item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
We will offer a free replacement or full refund for such cases.
